MANAGEMENT TEAM

The founders of Flexible Business Solutions were key members of the Corporate Finance Group at Flexible Products Company, in Marietta, Georgia. Flexible Products Company was a 150 million dollar multinational manufacturer until it was acquired by The Dow Chemical Company. It was an employee owned ESOP Company with approximately 300 employees.

Prior to the purchase by The Dow Chemical Company, Flexible Products Company experienced significant revenue and net profit growth through acquisitions and the significant growth of existing business. The Company was ranked as one of the Top 50 privately owned businesses in the Atlanta area.

During their tenure as key members of the Flexible Products Company Corporate Finance Group, the Flexible Business Solutions Management Team provided the Company the support and guidance necessary to accomplish the following:

• Acquisitions of both domestic and international companies
• Implementation of new accounting systems
• Consolidation of accounting departments

Our Management Team at Flexible Business Solutions consists of the following members:

Frank Whittum
Frank is the former Corporate Credit Manager for Flexible Products Company. He managed credit and accounts receivables for over 10 years. Before joining Flexible Products Company, he spent over 15 years in credit management with two FORTUNE 500 Companies, Mead Corporation, and McGraw-Edison. Frank is a Certified Credit Executive (CCE), a member of The Southern Institute for Business and Professional Ethics and the National Association of Credit Management. He received his BS degree in Business Administration and Political Science from Frances Marion College in Florence, South Carolina.

Stanley Dean
Stanley is the former Tax and Benefits Director for Flexible Products Company. He oversaw corporate taxes and employee benefits for over seven years. Before joining Flexible Products Company, Stanley worked in the Tax department of Price Waterhouse in Atlanta for over four years and at Schlumberger Industries in Norcross for two years. Stanley is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Georgia Society of CPAs. Stanley is also a member of the ESOP Association and The Southern Institute for Business and Professional Ethics. He received his BBA in Accounting and a Masters of Accountancy from the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia.
